PDTE annual conference and AGM 2025 will be held in Hotel Špica, Laško, Slovenia.
Laško is a calm town known for its thermal springs and a brewery. The Hotel Špica offers comfortable accommodation in a peaceful setting along the Savinja River for 30 people which will be exclusively available for the conference attendants only.
Reservation of rooms in Hotel Laško is only possible through conference registration.
There are, however, many other options for accomodation availible in the proximity of the conference location. We gathered some of them that are avaiable for you in Laško or in near by towns Celje and Rimske Toplice, for you on this page.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
If you are traveling by an airplane, the nearest airport is Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport, located only 85 km from the venue. From the airport, bus connection or shuttle to Ljubljana main station is available, where you can take a bus or a train to complete your travel from Ljubljana to Laško, which will take approximately 1,5 hours.

Conference fee includes conference materials and welcome drinks, snacks, coffee, water and juice during coffee breaks.
General information about food and accomodation
Daily lunch will be available at the conference venue for the price of 23 eur/day. This offer menu includes soup OR cold appetizer, main dish (with two types of meat and 2 types of side dishes), mixed salad and dessert.
However, many other, cheaper options are also avaibile at the same location or other near by places.
A general price for accomodation at the Hotel Laško Špica, including breakfast and tourist tax, is 65 eur/day*, depending on the type of room and number of nights you will be staying. Find more details here.
